Managing the operational aspects of TSI’s business, Joe is a chemical engineer by background. With an extensive career in the manufacturing industry, Joe’s roles have included management positions in engineering and program management. His responsibilities have included managing $300 million flagship accounts from both a technical and business perspective over multiple geographies.

A 6-Sigma green belt, Joe’s expertise includes project management and successfully deploying Lean manufacturing and 6-Sigma applications in manufacturing operations. An accomplished Professional Engineer, Joe’s expertise includes both the chemical and mechanical disciplines.

Responsible for the sales and business development aspects of TSI’s business, Jason engages with clients to identify opportunties for business growth.  A member of The Innovator’s Alliance, Professional Engineers Ontario and the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers, he holds an Electrical Engineering & Management degree and MBA (Management of Innovation) from McMaster University.

Jason regularly provides seminars for various professional associations and companies on the topic of SR&ED and other government grant and tax credit programs.

Prior to joining TSI, Jason was employed for over 10 years in various management roles in engineering, program office, operations, and corporate strategy at Celestica, a global contract electronics manufacturer and former manufacturing arm of IBM.

Managing the financial aspect of TSI’s business, including supervising the accounting team, Neha has over 13 years of experience in SR&ED and other tax credit programs.  Her past experience has included roles as the Director of Tax and Treasury for a $70M international software development company, Director of Tax for a $300M pharmaceutical company and Manager of Tax for Ernst and Young LLP based in Toronto.  She also has significant expertise in tax compliance, tax planning, corporate structuring and reorganization.

Katrina Carpenter is a member of both the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO) and the Project Management Institute (PMI), and holds a Bachelors of Science (Engineering) degree in Computer Systems.

With over 12 years experience in various leadership roles in I/T product development, Katrina has actively managed and participated in hardware and software engineering teams ensuring business requirements and scope are achieved with quality compliance for EMI/EMC and ISO 9001 standards.

Her extensive background in product development lifecycle management allows her to effectively assist clients in a wide range of I/T sectors including web development environments, network communication, software application development, PCB electrical design and chassis mechanical product design.

Katrina not only provides client support and guidance with regard to funding programs, but also direction and leadership to assist clients with their product development processes.

With over 13 years of diverse experience in process, product, and business development, accomplished via roles in production, account and engineering management, Lucy’s expertise provides TSI with a cornerstone in the manufacturing sector. Her career as a Professional Engineer has included work in the industrial, electronics, coating technologies and aerospace sectors.

Within aerospace, she was considered a site expert on CGP (Controlled Goods Program) and AS9100 at a multi-billion dollar organization. In addition, she has led large scale cross-functional SR&ED claims that involve participation from laboratory, test, process and product groups.

Lucy possesses a degree in Metallurgical and Materials Science from Queen's University, which, when coupled with her industry experience, enables her to provide practical and effective strategic guidance to clients from a wide spectrum of industries.
